Are you going to the graduation ceremony this weekend? Before you answer the poll (below) read what one student had to say (rather scathingly) about it by clicking HERE.
Will you be attending (or have you already attended) this weekend’s graduation party?Could this be good news? May 13, 2008

This notice has been up on bulletin boards amok in KSU’s hallways. This could mean nothing…..but that wouldn’t be too fun now would it? Because, if you are like me then you’d rather cling on to whatever hope you can get. And I smell hope.
Firstly it addresses both males AND females– and then introduces sections other than English and French. Have they possibly heard our prayers? Are they answering our calls? Who knows. But if you, like me, are a hapless Pollyanna then…..
PROGRESS!!

Attention Students of Various Levels and Concentrations: March 11, 2008

The workshop I had personally called and told many of you about has now been restricted to a smaller number of students- a much much smaller number of students. At the outset, I was told I had to choose 70 students from all over the college based on extra curricular activity (primarily) and then academic merit. And so I sighed and groaned a little bit complied and found 70 worthy young ladies and even arranged them alphabetically. Lo and behold, when I went to submit this list, I received horrible news. I could not debate or manipulate words with the woman who had delivered this news to me as it was neither Ms. Shareefa nor Ms. Hoda. It was an outsider of dubious intentions.
Conspiracy!
All jokes aside, I sincerely apologize to whoever did not make the cut. I know it’s devastating to be told you will get something and then have that privilege taken away from you before you even try it. Once again, I can only offer you my sincere apologies!
